This is Charlie. He is a bison bull, that my niece and her husband own. They have a herd of bison. They are located on the west side of the Crandell farm. The name of their business is Cherokee Valley Bison.
I love Bison meat! It is great. I am a real fan of a bison burger. They are lean, lean, lean, and tasty too! We have been enjoying bison ever since they started selling it.
"Two all bison patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a Wheat bun!"

Wow I would like to try Bison meat! How old are they and what do they weigh at butchering time. He is awful cute I might have a hard time eating him. Nah probably not lol!
