Hey y'all!
I have practically dropped off the earth. Or so it seems. I havent been on here in forever. I need to catch up on the "Cousins" blog, just caught the highlights as I am a follower.
Cody Bob is doing great. Growing like a bad weed. (no spraying, Please.). I want to get him a pony, but his legs arent long enough to grip and hang on yet. ha ha
Steve got a new mount. He is a blue roan quarter horse. Very cute two year old gelding.
All the other horses are training well. Ritzy ought to be ready in three weeks or so.
Ruthie is not staked this year, so there is no hurry with her. She is a little overweight in my opinion. And she really doesn't care about getting in a hurry on the track. But, if figure if the right horse passes her the chase might be on. You know females.



Pet peeves. * People who have tinted windows in their vehicles and want to know why you didnt wave to them when they are driving by.
"Because I dont know who you are and cant SEE YOU, IDIOT!"
* People who eat the meatloaf, mashed potato, bread, apple pie, and then request a diet soda, because they are watching their carbs.
* People who complain there is nothing to do!

Happy thoughts
* This is a wonderful time of the year, when the whole outside is fresh with new growth, be it baby animals, trees , little tiny bumble bees.
* This is a good age to be. I think I had more aches and pains as a young gal. Maybe its like I am broken in by now.
* I dont think the sun is our enemy.
